You can try the newest version of Adobe Lightroom free for a few months while they work out the final bugs. Terry White describes the new features
The ability to select a section of an image to work on makes LR a much more useful tool for those of us who really don't like to open Photoshop (Elements) just to reduce a shadow or balance a highlight.
I will be installing it when I get done with this post
