Springtime in Nashville

In Nashville for some music, I took a morning walk to Centennial Park. This beautiful spot is in downtown Nashville. It has a full size recreation of the Parthenon and lovely gardens. I hope you enjoy my impressions of the springtime splendor.

Daffodils

I took an afternoon walk on Tues and discovered my first daffodils of spring. A couple of the shots came out OK or at least interesting.

A really cute kid I kept seeing in Key West. I actually ran into he and at least one parent 3 times over the course of 5 days. He was a wonderful subject thought I am not sure I have done him justice. Images below link to a Picassa Web Album. Good place to view the images.

Kelly's St. Patricks Day parade

Some snapshots from Kelly's St. Patricks Day Parade. Held in Nags Head NC. This is the larges St. Patty's Day parade in the state. In fact it may the largest between DC and Savannah Georgia.

You can order prints at CVS here. This is pretty neat. You can order prints online, have them printed and pick them up at the local CVS (KDH for me) in about an hour. 4X6 prints are 19 cents this way (if you order less than $5 there is a small surcharge). If you do this make sure you click on "Deselect Entire Album" when you get to the CVS site. This will allow you to select only the prints you want.
